- Make timely payments as per the contract
- Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
- Review and approve work at agreed milestones
7. Warranties and Guarantees
- We provide warranties on workmanship as specified in individual contracts.
- Warranty periods vary depending on the type of work performed.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.
- Claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law:
- Our liability for any project shall not exceed the contract value.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions not disclosed by the client.
- Force majeure events release us from liability for related delays or non-performance.
